20mL clear borosilicate glass headspace vials. Vial is 23x75mm and features a round bottom. Top is 20mm with a tapered finish. Meets USP type 1, class A specifications. 100 per pack.

Vials and Inserts are made with first hydrolytic, Class A, Type-N51A Clear, Borosilicate Glass. The insert has a 300ul total fill volume and a 3ul residual volume for many autosamplers and autosampler needles. The Write-On Patch and fill lines are epoxy paint and will resist smearing when working with solvents. Use with 11mm aluminum crimp caps. These lower cost Fused Insert vials have serum finish tops that provide the best seal for chromatography, when used properly with correct aluminum crimp caps.
